There are several species of Citrus trees whose fruits are called limes they include Key Lime Persian lime and Kaffir lime. They are an excellent source of vitamin C and are often used in flavouring other foods and drinks. Grown in tropical climates they are available all year round . In temperate climates they are seasonal. the flavour is normally less sharp than lemons, but different sources and species have differing levels of sugar.
Package Sizes
We have available, year round, 4 kg packs of Seedless limes. They are graded by diameter and packed in counts 42/48/54/60. All supplies are either sea or airfreight and freshness and full availability is maintained throughout the year from both sources as required
